🐾 It’s not every day you get a chinchilla hat! 😄We had the absolute joy of welcoming Little Tracks Petting Zoo to Golden Pond last week, and it was a day full of furry fun and laughter!Our residents got up close and personal with some adorable animals — a fluffy chinchilla that decided shoulders (and heads!) were the best seats in the house, cuddly baby bunnies that melted hearts, and a duck who thought it was the life of the party. 🐇 🐹 🐓 What a paws-itively wonderful day we had with Little Tracks Petting Zoo! Their adorable pocket pets brought big joy to our hearts.We snuggled soft baby bunnies, fed fluffy Silkie chickens, and got cozy with some truly cuddly critters. (Yes, the chinchilla-on-the-head moment was real and hilarious!)Thank you to Little Tracks for the unforgettable visit. We’re kicking off nurses week with so much gratitude and celebration and what better way to start than by shining the spotlight on our amazing nurse Sarah! 🩵 Today we celebrate not only her dedication, compassion, and incredible care she gives to all of our residents every single day, but also her birthday.
